Hmmmmmmm..
As Christians it is very hard to walk a road where boulders, pot holes, and walls are blocking our journey. Wondering in the streets of a brick City, my spontaneous self awareness of the sounds and those who I observed came alive rather than a clustered ambiance. I can feel the cold but it never froze my prayers on my way to the subway station from class. The sidewalk's salt stain touches every crevices of the concrete floor, on the other side a man who I saw spray cleaning the sidewalk made me wonder. Who will clean this side of the sidewalk?
We all know since the begging of time, "God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them." (New International Version, Gen 1:27) A spectrum from the prism of Genesis can be viewed as Myths, artifacts, ancient, and reality. Adam and Eve is a very broad and a significant allegory, anecdote, metaphor or however you translate in terms because it consists elements including forms of relationships, from marriage, couples, to individual relationship with Christ. The most interesting or intriguing verse is when, "God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.” (NIV, Gen 1:28). What I find to be fruitful from this verse is the fact God gave us responsibilities for our fertility. Before commanding us what to do he blesses us with responsibilities The gift of responsibilities is the reason why we have laws and the answers (my opinion) to why laws are broken. When we are responsible we feel pure and joyful success. However, being irresponsible brings bitterness and miserable failure. "God then said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. 30 And to .all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food.”. (NIV, Gen 1:29) I thank the lord for always providing the necessity of my survival in this common era. In our age group, can we thank the lord that exploring our options as our career identity or credentials is to be professional in our leadership skills? We may not realize the same day or moment that God has revealed the resources because were to busy. Meditation or prayer is when I contemplate how God is so good.
I may not have everything I want, but the lord provided for my needs. Jesus reached the epitome of enlightenment, And yet not only he shared his knowledge and wisdom but he shed his full grace to those he chose
